What animals will your baskets protect my plants from?

We designed our baskets to guard against voles, gophers, and other critters underground. Some customers have used our baskets to keep squirrels, chipmunks, and other critters away from their plants aboveground, too.

What’s the difference between vole baskets and gopher baskets?

Our gopher baskets are made from thicker stainless steel than our vole baskets. Our vole baskets have been proven to guard against both voles and gophers, but our gopher baskets provide added peace of mind if gopher pressure is high where you live.

What size vole basket or gopher basket should I buy?

Match the size of the basket to the size of your plant's pot. If we don’t offer an exact match, size up (not down). For example, if your plant is in a 7-gallon pot, choose a 10-gallon basket. You can fill any extra space with native soil, which helps roots establish more easily.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free economy shipping for orders of $25 or more (typically arrives in 2-5 business days). If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to standard shipping (2-3 business days) or express shipping (1-3 business days). Orders ship Monday through Friday; orders placed after Friday at noon Eastern Time ship Monday.
